Date:2024-08-22

Here are 10 methods for soaking stainless steel welded pipes in liquids:

1. Basic Treatment: Use standard acid, followed by rinsing with clean water.

2. Advanced Treatment: Includes acid washing, alkaline washing, rinsing, polishing, and waxing.

3. Precision Treatment: Ultrasonic degreasing, surface coating, grinding, oxidation, and rust prevention.

Method 1: Common degreasing solvents include trichloroethylene, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, benzene, and ethyl acetate.

Method 2: Sandblasting or sanding, followed by degreasing.

Method 3: Soak in a solution at 70-85°C for 10 minutes, rinse with cold water, and dry at 93°C.

Method 4: After degreasing, soak in a solution at 80°C for 10 minutes (pH = 12.65). Rinse with water, then soak in another solution at 65°C for 3 minutes. Dry after rinsing.

Method 5: Soak in a solution at 65-70°C for 5-10 minutes. Add 30% hydrogen peroxide, rinse, and dry at 93°C.

Method 6: Soak in a solution at 50°C for 10 minutes, rinse with distilled water, and dry at 70°C. Suitable for high peel strength requirements.

Method 7: Anodize in a lead-lined bath with 500 g/L sulfuric acid for 90 seconds at 6V. Rinse with water, then distilled water, and dry at 70°C.

Method 8: Soak in a solution at 85-90°C for 10 minutes, rinse with distilled water, and dry with warm air.

Method 9: After degreasing, soak in a solution at 65°C for 10 minutes, rinse with water, then soak in another solution at 65°C for 10 minutes. Rinse with distilled water and dry at 70°C.

Method 10: Wash with water-soluble industrial soap, rinse with hot water at 40°C for 5 minutes, dry at 120°C, then soak in a solution at 100°C for 2 minutes. Rinse with hot water and dry at 40°C for 30 minutes.
